Before your training journey

While having a pet-friendly space is fantastic for connecting and creating memorable experiences, it can sometimes lead to chaos for customers, staff, and even trauma for pets. Fear not—with the right guidance, these challenges can be avoided.

Our workshops provide valuable insights and guidance on optimising your pet-friendly venue. Learn how to elevate the well-being of your customers’ pets, boost your team’s confidence and skills, and enhance the overall satisfaction of your customers. Let’s create a space where everyone, including our furry friends, can enjoy a positive and stress-free experience.

Let's meet and chat

Sometimes the ‘problem’ isn’t the actual problem but just a symptom, while other factors may be the issues causing the symptom. Before agreeing to full sessions and a training plan, it is very important for you and your trainer to have an understanding of each other, an assessment, and then agree on a plan of action that suits all with the dog’s needs in mind as the utmost priority. After your initial consultation, your trainer Robyn will present you with a plan of action and a schedule, and work with you every step of the way as a team, all with the same goal: The welfare and best interest of your dog!
