All session payments are to be made prior to the session.
Sessions can be schedule flexible but ideally pre planning dates and booking in your sessions ahead of time is advised to secure your time, meet your training plan as well as keeping up fluidity of learning.

Cancellations and expirations
If you’re unable to keep your booking for any reason, a full 24-hour notice is required in writing to info@pawsandflaws.com, WhatsApp or through the booking system originally used.
There is a limit of 2 session changes within your programme.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, will be forfeited. This policy also applies to pre-paid programmes.
Waiving the notice requirement will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy allows Robyn to have sufficient time to contact another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
To ensure consistency and build strong foundations without too many setbacks or breaks, attend all booked sessions within your programme time and date allocations.
Every program has a 90-day expiry. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed if required.
Refunds
Refunds are only available to clients who purchased training programmes or services and decide not to proceed with Paws & Flaws before the first session has been completed. Once the programme has started, the course programme is non-refundable.
Online or in person events, are non-refundable and have a 24-hour reschedule period to use your space at another event.
Your notice of cancellation request for any will be required.
Paws & Flaws reserves the right not to proceed with further training upon any completing the initial discussions.
Guarantees
Many factors can contribute to the outcome of results.
It is recommended that learners attend regular sessions and maintain consistent practice during and after training. It is also important for multi-household families to be on the same page throughout the process.
