Paws & Flaws offers personalised dog behaviour training services tailored to you and your dog. The WHY behind what we do is to bridge the communication gap between humans and dogs, reducing abuse and neglect. The overall goal is to ensure fewer dogs end up in shelters, abandoned, or passed around.
We believe in a deeper approach that goes beyond traditional training. Our focus is on developing a lifestyle of learning, offering more freedom, mutual understanding, and skill growth that you can carry on together.
Every dog is unique, so we pay close attention to their individual needs, health, instincts, and emotional well-being. We also emphasize how human mindset and actions influence dog behavior. Our aim is to create a stronger bond and maximise your life together.
Paws & Flaws specialises in rescue, shelter and ex free-roaming dogs that suffer with fear, anxiety and fear – aggression. We work with varied household dynamics, multiple dog household and mix house cultural backgrounds.
We don’t just manage behaviours; we dig into the root causes and address them with compassion, using effective strategies based on the latest research and hands-on experience.

Dog training approach
Robyn believes in working not only with your dog but your whole household, in various environments. She will teach you how to be a great dog carer, with a focus on behavioural changes by enhancing communication and building on your relationship with your dog. Creating a sense of balance throughout, embracing the journey along the way whilst celebrating growth!
Every moment that we share with our dogs counts. Each dog and their owner are unique, so a personalised tailored approach is necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
Our training sessions will give you the right tools, create confidence and ability to adapt to new situations. It’s ok to have ‘flaws’ so let’s work towards positive progress, celebrate the wins enjoy the journey along the way all together!

The progress we have seen in a short time is outstanding. Pepper has always been a nervous dog and the sessions with Robyn have helped us understand her better and learn how to meet her needs. It's hard to believe the improvement we see in Brie, our very excitable rescue puppy, after just five sessions with Robyn focusing on leash walking and overall calmness. We only had a few days in Bangkok and Robyn was super accommodating while fitting us into her schedule. We had very little hope of our puppy walking well on a leash because online videos and even a dog training school had not helped much. However, from the very first session we saw such a huge improvement because Robyn was teaching us as much as she was teaching Brie. Now we actually understand why our dog was being so reactive on walks and also what to do in different real-life situations. Though we have lots of practicing to do at home, this experience has really reduced our frustration on walks with Brie and helped us have a better relationship with her. Thanks Robyn!
We were very close to having to re-home our sibling girls Nala and Nova after being told by other trainers and dog rescue organisations that it was impossible to fix their issues when they started to fight. Luckily Robyn agreed to help us, addressing their anxiety and training all of our family to be better owners to rescue animals. Our girls have come so far and we really enjoy our sessions with Robyn who is totally sensitive to all the challenges with working with a large and busy family and our dogs. She also goes above and beyond to help dogs and families in need. Thank you Robyn!
Robyn is a true 'dog whisperer'; she understands the personalities and needs of each individual dog that she cares for. She educated me on how to train both my soi foster dog, a six month old puppy who had never lived in a house before, and more recently, my 4 year old Boston terrier. She clearly has a talent to train all breeds, showing compassion to them and to their owners. She's also highly reliable and I would recommend that you use her services if you need effective advice and support. I am sure I will again in the future!
Both of my dogs are very shy and nervous, and Robyn has worked miracles with them in a short time, especially Mya who even after 2 years is very nervous and had no boundaries in the home. The biggest impact has been what Robyn has taught me, there are so many things I wish I knew when I first got Mya so I feel with Bounty, I can be a better owner to help support her confidence and not be as nervous as Mya was for so long. I can’t recommend Robyn enough, especially if you are a new dog owner,. I used to be very nervous taking Mya in public as she used to be terrified and nervous-pee whenever anyone new approached her, and I thought I was being mean by putting her in those situations so avoided it. Now, both of the girls have been such a pleasure to walk and take in public. I get so many compliments about the both of them and how well behaved they are. Overall, they are calm and happier dogs because of Robyn!
