A 6-week journey to help misunderstood dogs with fear, anxiety and maxed-out humans move from chaos to calm, together.
£355.00
Hi, Welcome back!
What I will learn?
• Read early stress signals and comfort cues so you can intervene before things escalate.
• Build a safety-first home setup and daily routine that regulates nervous systems (yours and your dog’s).
• Use calm, consent-based handling, enrichment, and play to unlock confidence and endorphins.
• Choose one priority fear/situation and apply a step-by-step plan (visitors, traffic, kids, vet/groomer, other dogs, new places).
• Communicate clearly on walks and at home (voice, posture, pace, advocacy).
• Track wins and setbacks with simple metrics, normalise regression, and know what to do next.
• Let go of guilt and perfectionism - work with “perfectly imperfect,” sustainable progress.
Target Audience
• Ex-street, rescue & shelter dogs; adopted strays; sensitive pet dogs with fear, nervousness, or fear-reactivity.
• Guardians who are new, confused, overwhelmed, or maxed-out, and want a kind, practical roadmap.
• Households navigating shame, guilt, frustration, or “what-ifs” and ready to swap urgency for clarity.
• Anyone who wants to understand the “dog in front of you,” not force them into a box.
